Practice Leader-People and Organizational Performance

What does your role involve at RX4?

In business virtually everything comes down to getting the right people in the right roles and how they work individually and together to execute on the business strategy. How well they do this can be a matter of “life and death” in healthcare, both for the patients and the organization itself. My role is to help clients create “people excellence” at every level.

What do you bring most to the work that you do?

It is not possible to create and sustain growth merely by working harder and faster. True and lasting growth means your team is thinking differently, acting differently, perceived differently. You need a fundamentally different culture that supports success on a different level. I specialize in creating the clarity, structure and roadmap to support healthcare organizations in becoming effective and sustainable even in the face of the constant uncertainty and continuous evolution of needs and demands on organizations in this field. In the process, we increase the effectiveness of leaders and leadership teams, put a responsive organizational structure in place, and create the culture you’ll need to achieve and sustain growth.

What is your greatest passion in life?

My life is all about creativity, possibility and service. At work this means I am at my best when I am challenging smart, creative, open people to take themselves and their organizations to the next level. In my personal life, I am an artist, a writer, a cook, an explorer of the world.

What is your favorite movie/TV series and why?

My favorite movie is Tampopo, a brilliant Japanese film about food, passion, and commitment. My current favorite TV show is Sense8. I am fascinated by new looks at the connections between people, (which is ultimately what makes organizations great).
